This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ACON AI, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the Mirror Mirror mobile application (the “App”).

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THIS EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY

Age Requirement — You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to register or use the App.

Related Terms — By using the App, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by this EULA, our Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

2. LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS

Limited License — We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible iOS or Android device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Remove or alter proprietary notices
• Use the App in violation of any law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

3. APP FEATURES & SERVICES

Core Features:

• Influencer-based makeup recommendations
• AI chat assistance
• Product information and shade suggestions
• Virtual makeup try-on
• Photo generation and editing tools

Free vs Premium — Basic features are free. Premium features require a paid subscription (see Section 7). Subscription details and pricing are shown in-app.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Ownership — We own all rights, title, and interest in the App, its technology, AI outputs, content, and branding.

Your Content —

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to deliver App functionality.
• You may save and share AI-generated images.

5. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

See our Privacy Policy for full details. Key points:

• Data stored: OAuth2 user ID, optional marketing email (if you opt-in), uploaded photos, usage analytics.
• Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days or sooner if you delete them.
• No facial-recognition templates or biometrics are stored.
• Subscription receipts are kept only as long as needed for entitlement checks and tax/chargeback purposes.
• Your photos are not used to train or improve our AI models.

6. AFFILIATE LINKS & THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

• The App includes affiliate links; we may earn commissions on qualifying purchases.
• We do not sell makeup products directly. Product info is provided for reference only.

7. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

• Billing & provider — Premium access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by the store provider; we never see your payment card.
• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance in your device’s Manage Subscription settings.
• Price changes — If the store changes the price, you will be notified and may cancel before the new rate applies.
• Trials / intro offers — Unused trial days are forfeited once a paid plan begins; billing starts when the trial ends.
• Refunds — All refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google under their policies.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

• By you — Stop using the App anytime; contact support to delete your account.
• By us — We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
• Important — Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription; cancel through the App Store or Google Play settings.
• Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or updates may temporarily limit functionality; significant interruptions will be announced when feasible.

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

• The App is provided “AS IS.” No warranties of any kind.
• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Virtual makeup advice is informational and entertainment-oriented; actual results vary.
• We may add, remove, or replace AI models at any time provided overall functionality remains similar.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold ACON AI harmless from claims or losses arising from your use of the App or breach of this EULA.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

13. CHANGES

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
